As far as I can look back in my life, there's never been another time like this. I love being at home when I can, but, there's so much happening in my heart... When I think about how the current world stage is impacting those in some of life's most tenderest phases, it's easy to have a heavy heart. So many of you are maneuvering the challenging effects on the current restrictions on grade school, high school, wedding planning, pregnancy, delivery, raising toddlers, graduations, family celebrations and lifetime trips. Please know our loving thoughts and prayers are with you. Let us know if we can help support you in any way. For many of us, Mother’s Day this year will not be the same. Some of us will not be able to hug our Moms (maybe for the first time in our lives), and many will not have the joy of having children present around the Mother's Day table. Others will have discovered the joy of virtual connections and will be connecting for the first time with those in distant places! Over the past several weeks, as I have reflected on how best to manage the effects of these times in my own Home and Heart, the concept of gratitude has repeatedly come to my mind. We have been blessed with so much! May we each find comfort and encouragement in reflections of the blessings we have experienced and the possibilities of joys yet to come. My wish for us all this Mother's Day, is that in whatever state we find ourselves, we know that we are sustained and accompanied by Infinite Spirit who is the source of Beauty, Balance, Serenity and Celebration. Please don't hesitate to call me at 206-228-1988 if you would like to learn more about Home and Heart - or if you have some survival techniques to share! May the gifts of Beauty, Balance, Serenity and Celebration be yours each and every day!
